I purchased a single pack of 10 black Hungarian pepper seeds 2 seasons ago. They germinated very well. Had such a bountiful harvest. I saved about 30 seeds for this year and almost every single seed germinated again. I had so much that produced from the 8 plants that went to the garden this year, I could have sworn they were ever bearing. These just produced and produced for me. I'm in zone 4/5 in WI. These peppers went great in salads and salsa. I am currently dehydrating a batch to be ground up and trying in a spice blend.

Plant was in great shape when received and arrived very quickly. The price for one plant was reasonable especially if you aren’t planting several from seeds. Will consider Pepper Joe’s again. I have always had good luck with seeds from here too.

I am so glad i tried this! Before I started using BudCharge, my peppers were lush with foliage, but had very few blossoms. A daily dose of BudCharge took care of that! I have more than doubled last year’s harvest of Ghosts, Reapers, Seven Pots, and Tabascos.
These were great, especially if allowed to ripen all the way (they get very sweet). I'd say they were about the same heat as sugar rush peach, not less, so I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a truly mild pepper. But the medium heat and bright/sweet flavor made them one of the best snacking peppers I've tried.
